Went to shaw at willowbrook mall today to take my son off my account and put him on his own (transfer of ownership)the lady said they can’t do that it has to be done over the phone her reason is because of fraudulent cases I called Shaw to do this and asked if this could be done in store and they said yes it can be done in store I guess they don’t know how to do this or they are just lazy asked another question and was accused of being rude

I visited the Shaw store in Willowbrook Mall today to resolve issues that HAD NOT been resolved via website and phone calls. The sales reps Faiza and Jasmeen were exceptionally helpful, patient and clearly devoted to customer service. Kudos, young women: you knocked it out of the park!
