To whom it may concern, me and my family are very good customers of Pandora in Willowbrook Mall Langley BC. I have to say I am very disappointed however in the customer service. Twice my daughter who is 15 years old came to purchase a gift for me. And twice now, she has called me crying saying she is being ignored by the employees. I am not sure if they think she doesn't have money (which she does), but she is not treated the same as when me or my husband come to the store. She even has a photo if you would like me to send you of two employees helping one gentleman as my daughter waits, with not even a "we'll help you in just a moment". I spoke on the phone with your manager Leanne, who by the way was very rude. As I was trying to explain the situation, she just kept talking over me. She clearly does not know the saying "the customer is always right". She should have listened politely to my concerns and I would have been happy with that. But she was literally arguing with me. This is not acceptable. I would like a response to this e-mail please. I would also like the owner to be notified. I understand he is in Seattle. Thank you for your time, Lisa
