They are awful! They only give a 7 day exchange if your product is defective. I noticed today that there is a hole in the button part of my life proof case and they would do nothing for me now I need to contact life proof to get a new case. The worst customer service the guy was extremely rude and abrupt with me on the phone, NEVER shop here
