Willowbrook HBC had the ONLY wool blanket in Vancouver that my brother in the US wanted. The downtown store tracked it down for me, I called Willowbrook and they held it for me. The young man helping me waited patiently while I photographed the blanket and texted the pics to my bro to be sure I found what he wanted. This was early April 2021.

I was in the shoe department this morning. I was a bit of a complicated customer as I had a few transactions including ordering online and was looked after by a wonderful lady called Tracy. She went over and above to help me. She was so helpful and patient and also had a great sense of humour, boy she needed it serving me. Thank you so much Tracy you made my day

I love The Bay, it has been my go to department store my entire life. To lose the Bay would be heart breaking. Yes. Times have changed and there aren't as many sales clerks but at least ican go in and try shoes on, try clothes, lingerie. I am computer savvy but cannot order these online. It is the last department store left in Canada, folks. Come on out and support this store.

No one here is helpful or even lifts a finger. They just shuffle you to department to department. Order something to be shipped to your house? dont. you wont know if its ever gonna show. and if you try to return they are too LAZY to even look up the order.
