Extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service that we received from both Marge and Jessica. They helped us place an order for Nike Airforce1 shoes that the Footlocker at The Guildford Mall in Surrey said that they were "incapable" of doing. I was disappointed with the attitude and the lack of skills of the staff at Guildford. Thanks again to the staff at the Langley Willowbrook branch for putting a smile on my son's face.
