One of the worst customer service that you can get in this whole wide planet. The lady in the shop is so grumpy...she hates to see customer at her doorstep. We went to buy school bag for my son today. My wife took it outside to show it to me since I was sitting in the couch in the lobby area to avoid the crowd. The lady was so rude. Basic mannerism is what she lacks. Behavioural science lecture is the need of the hour for her. Hope the owner of the business reads this. Thanks. Worst experience
