Love this store and the sanitizers. Can't believe they're being downgraded based on the American shipping site - how does this store have control over that? Also, as a person of colour, I have never experienced any discrimination. I feel the people who may have believed they experienced this happened during a pandemic in which many of us in the Asian community were highly sensitive to everything around us. I personally love this store and can't wait to go back and see some of the best girls in customer service. Hoping there are some new summery fragrances in the sanitizer!

This store has the best service and product offerings in this mall. Always my favorite place to go. Depiste what other reviewers are saying, I have never encountered it nor heard of it through my friends, family and colleagues who shop here.

When I heard about discrimination issue took place in this store re; limited sanitizer purchase by Asian customers, I tried to understand that the sales staff could have made a mistake for recoqnition of Asian customers. However, through my research thru Google, this store has been thru lots of issues re; lack of customer service and bad attitude for customers . Is this just sales staff's fault or is it trained by any sales manager poorly or wrong way? I hope those sales staffs are smart and wise enough to know if they happened to be dragged to the court re; any discrimination issue, hope they are able to be afford to pay panalty $5000~ $20,000. If I were in that situation like yesterday as I heard, I promise I would not let it go at all .

while I was making a purchase at this store a sign said give us your e-mail and we will send you a $10.00 certificate. so I gave the gal my e-mail and waited.....and waited nothing happened in my e-mail box or junk folder. So I was in the store again and mentioned this to another gal at the till....she said maybe a mistake was made so I wrote out my e-mail and she repeated it to me and I'm still waiting and waiting nothing this is the SECOND time I have given Bath & Body Works my e-mail and received no reply so why are you advertising saying you will send the party $10.00 certificate when their e-mail is given to them? This has now happened not once but TWICE to me.!!

Attended Willowbrook mall November 20.2018 to buy a gift for the friend , gathered about $160.00 with off stuff got to the counter showed the young lady my retailmenot $10.00 off coupon she replied no sorrry we don’t take those ones, i said okay that’s fine I have the original in my email , she said ok I need you to pull it up and show me I said okay, and pulled away from the busy line with my young children to pull up my email, while I’m on the sidelines of the busy line ups I watched the exact same clerk scan the $10.00 off coupon for an older woman who showed ZERO proof of coupon and not only that one clerk but the one working beside her as well. Both clerks had no problem scanning the dinky $10.00 off coupon for these women without showing proof of anything!! I couldn’t believe what I had just watched and been through, somebody with depression who doesn’t get out very much for these young girls to make my shopping experience so upsetting and disappointing, I went and graded another employee and explained to her what I had just saw and she apologized and brought me and my children back to the counter for the sma coupon off my large order. Really know how to treat people. Not!
