I have been coming here in and out over the years..sometimes the girls would ask when I wanted to browse and they would let me but never hesitated to check in or do a walk by to make sure I'm.not struggling..I always was with color !, they girl treated me like royalty and walked me each step and wrote it down told me to call if needed ..never have i been treated like a celebrity like this at any other store ..i always get the cold shoulder the langkey store girls are amazing,!!! And the lady with the red hair in the mornings is my ultimate ...the other girls are great too but I have my favorite and it makes shopping fun ..sometimes I come just to "hang out" sorry ladies ! In all seriousness this store can't be stopped I've been to other locations throughout the years ...bot the same ! Call me oldschool? But they do it better in langkey lol I love you girls :) Sara

There not taking any refunds. There excuse is because of covid . When every other store is taking refunds . I think it a lame way to make all sales are final
