I waited in line for 45 minutes, being told I'd be called in when the waiting room was empty. People came and went with appointments or to drop off. I was picking up a container. After watching people come and go and me still waiting at the front of the line, I asked a staff when it would be my turn, her response was "when the pandemic is over" and closed the door. So rude and unhelpful. wish I could give negative stars.
