I have been a client with Telus for a few years. I had lost my phone last week and decided to see what your orchard plaza mall location had to offer. I was hoping to buy a new phone as well as start up a new contract. I was greeted by a younger woman with black hair saying that she wasn't on shift anymore and to go talk to someone else. I didn't mind the fact that she was off shift and transferred me over to someone who could help but it was the tone in her voice that was very off putting for me. The staff at the Telus at the Orchard Plaza Mall location did not have any helpful information and little to no clue about beneficial plans. I was told by staff that Telus is probably not a good option for me anymore and they asked me to try a different phone company. I have never had any prior issues with Telus until yesterday. I'm very dissappointed. Telus should be solely based on customer service and providing good services to people in the community. I will not be returning to your Telus location in the mall and I do not recommend this location. Please, consider hiring new knowledgeable staff.
