Not impressed with their refund policy at all. I placed an order with a salesperson in store and and paid for it. I was just leaving the store and I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. The sales lady said she couldn’t help me but to call customer service. I did send them an email and was given a case number. This was mid December and I just called again ( mid January) to find out where my refund is and customer service says it takes at least 6-8 weeks as they send you a cheque. I’m fortunate enough to be able to wait longer but there are a lot of people who can’t. Waiting almost 2 months for a refund is absolutely ridiculous. Will not shop here again
