I love this store, I own many pairs of Reiker boots and shoes. Myself and my boyfriend have been in this store no fewer than 5 times in the last few months and not once has one of the young girls in sweats and Uggs come to assist me. They would rather stand together and chat. I look at the shoes and end up online making my purchase. The owner of this store should consider hiring employees that are proactive in assisting customers. I assure you the sales would increase.
