Everything in this store is complete over priced garbage. Worst service ever. Couldn’t believe how rude and unhelpful the employees where. Will NEVER be back. Such a disappointment honestly. If I could I would rate this store -5 stars.

Went into lush with a expired mask and was confused on why it expired, as it was a gift from my mom. They explained why it expired and even to my surprised let me exchange it, even though it was my fault that the product didn’t get used in time. Great service and very happy bubbly people!!!!
