I drove from Penticton to the mall in Kelowna, I was in desperate need of some bras. I was very disappointed to find that La Senza had already been closed and it was only 5 o’clock pm. So I did some shopping in a few other stores, walked into La Vie En Rose and was met by the most friendliest lady. I needed to be measured as it had been a long time since my last bra purchase. Katelyn was so helpful. With COVID restrictions she was able to show and teach me, so that I could measure my own bust line. I told her the idea and type I wanted. She was very knowledgeable, very sweet and kind and helped me pick out 3 bras. I have never had that great of an experience anywhere else. Katelyn did an amazing job even with a few minutes left of the store being open. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. Katelyn made my experience getting a bra so relieving. From now on I will only be purchasing my bras from Lie Vie En Rose. Thanks you Katelyn for all your help. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.
