My husband and I have never received such bad service as we received at Koodo, Orchard Park Mall, Kelowna. We had purchased a new phone from Koodo online. When we went into Orchard Park to ask for assistance with the set-up we were pretty much ignored by Bobby and then addressed very rudely by Ezra. How difficult can it be to employ decent staff for your business? I don't think you could get worse! Facebook comments confirm the awful service people have received from this business.
