Terrible customer service!

I was in today to buy my son his very first pocket knife. The sales representative was so rude, unkind, rushed and quite frankly made the experience terrible. I would never shop there again. If you can be adequately staffed during the holiday season then please make sure the one you do have working takes pride in his service. Terrible!
