I phoned Flight Centre and told Carly that the hotel had cancelled our reservation as they don't guarantee the reservation through 3 party bookers. She said Ok but she didn't seem to care. I have used Flight Centre on 6 other occasions but no more from now on I will book the trip myself as they did nothing for me.

I called the hotel on the first night that we got in to tell them we were running a little behind but we were on our way, the clerk that answered the phone said that the reservation was cancelled as they don't guarantee the reservation through 3 party bookers. They said that they had overbooked and needed our room for someone else. I phoned Flight Centre and told Carly that this happened and she said Ok but she didn't seem to care.
