My phone was pretty well dead. My wife had purchased a new phone, so I inherited her old one. Being a senior and not much of a "techie", I wasn't sure how to get my information from one to the other. Since Bell is my provider, I visited this location, and WOW!!!! Larry was just excellent, personable and efficient. In a short time, he did a factory reset on her phone and moved all my info, etc. from my old one. Thank you very much.
