Love this store but it is no longer in the mall. It has moved to a larger location across the street from the mall.

Love the mall. 99% of the stores I was in were great. Reitmans has terrible customer service, on Sunday March 24th. I thought ok everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately both employees have had a very bad day. I bought things in there but with no help from the employees. A friend I was with asked if they had any more sizes in the back room. This particular pair of pants had a thread loose. The employee said we just got a shipment in maybe there is, made no move to go look just kept on doing nothing. Terrible customer service at Reitmans. The rest of the mall is great.

Not a user-friendly mall. Closes early on sat and most weekdays, parking is almost always a nightmare, but it’s the only game in town so they get away with it. These are the main factors that compel me to shop elsewhere, often online because Kelowna has such a poor selection of retail shopping options.
