We left a long time ago due to a bad investment advisor, David. Switched banks, but kept 3 accounts for paying bills, etc. Recently I had to have some inter action there and again we noticed: Very customer unfriendly, everything is a hassle or a pile of paperwork. Non front desk staff always seems to be not happy, etc etc etc. I mentioned it to our neighbour down the road and he said: hey! That is why I left.
