I went to the store for some items today. The last time I was there was about two weeks ago when I was overcharged $4 but didn't go back for refund. Because I was overcharged recently, today I checked my receipt as soon as I got to my car and found the $10 discrepancy. I was refunded but no apology, I was just made to feel uncomfortable. If you buy from there add up your purchases as you select them so that you can challenge right at the cash register

After two times of receiving terrible customer service at this store, I will take my future business to another dollar store. The young Chinese girl at the front has received no training whatsoever in customer service. She does not speak, she does not smile, she does not have eye contact, she does not acknowledge the customer in any way. It's very uncomfortable and disconcerting dealing with a front-line clerk who acts this way. Why management has not trained her or why management continues to employ her, is not my problem. What I can do is to not spend my money at this store again.
