We purchased a $3500.00 area rug and $11,00 in other furniture from Marshals Kelowna in August 2020. Our new furniture was backordered and would not be available for another 6 weeks from the date promised. They delivered the area rug as well as a few loaner pieces of furniture. We were moving from Montreal to Kelowna The rug had a few pulls in it but we thought that was the nature of the rug. After a few months it got worst. I sent 3 emails, left messages but no one would return my call. The sales agent Lindsay was either not working or with a client. Another Sale agent told me that i should not have used a be vacuum on it. Gee that info would have been nice to have. I would never have bought it. Seems really Stupid .To this day I have never heard from anyone. I left messages for Lindsay the sales agent as well as the owner. I regret shopping there. After they take your money they will have nothing to do with you. I am baffled as to how they manage to stat in business Very Bad experience. I would not recommend shopping there.
