Bought my 11 year old kid a nintendo switch with a game on Nov.20 as a xmas present.Staff were friendly and helpful. I inquired about the exchange policy as this was an xmas present.I was told i could exchange it if my kid didn.t like the game. The receipt states exchages are done on open items.Its Dec 28 and tried to exchange the game.The friendliness was gone. First rep was saying that I couln.t exchange it be ause I.m not a platinum member??? Several times I pointed out the wording on the receipt that states they do exchanges and it says nothing about being a platinum member.Second rep says they don.t do exchanges..again I point out whst the official receipt says. Then he points out that I.m over the 30 day policy which is true.It was a christmas present.Apparently they do not have a return or exchange policy during the xmas period.Very badly run business.I can understand why they are going under...terrible customer service and made up policies.Won.t bother shopping there again..not worth the dissatisfaction
