Never in my life have I EVER experience such horrible customer service. Usually I’ll give places like this the benefit of the doubt as I have worked fast food for my entire life. But what I experienced today was unacceptable. I do not eat meat and MADE SURE to ask what broth their mixed vegetables are cooked in. After being assured that there was no animal product in it I happily bought a side of them. Get to finally sit down on my lunch break to eat and TASTE CHICKEN. I went back to the store to ask what broth again and was informed that it is indeed chicken. As I calmly asked for my money back I was taken back when the OWNER raised her voice at all saying “If you don’t like you throw out you don’t get money back” Excuse me? What kind of a place is this that won’t take back food from an unstatisfed customer. It’s not even like I ate all of it I took ONE BITE. I will never recommend this place to any customers or coworkers ever again. I can not believe that I was yelled at by the owner over fucking chicken broth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME.
