Kartec was very knowledgeable & helpful & super patient & kind to me in finding the right pair that fit my duck feet. Although the store was closing he persevered with all my questions concerns about the boot.....I have never had anyone so helpful in footwear so thankyou very much and also Kelly who was helpful as she was wearing a 2 year old pair of Blundstone boots...so I picked her head too...:) .
