We returned a wallflower that had leaked and in turn ruined the 6 plug unit we were using. Called the store they advised us to bring it in along with the plug unit. This we did on July 28th around 1:00 pm. The girl that helped us would return the wall flower for another but would not deal with the plug unit that was ruined ($29.00). We advised that we were told to bring it in and she still would not deal with it and told us to contact head office. This was not good customer service and we ended up leaving the store without a replacement wall flower. She also kept the damaged wallflower so we do not have that any more, over all this experience was very poor. All we asked for was a return in product only for the wall flower and the cost of the damaged plug unit this did not happen.
