We brought balloons to this store to have them filled with helium. When we picked them up they were only half filled and the girl at the counter informed us that she couldn't fill them further because they had an abnormal shape. Keep in mind these were regular latex balloons- very "run of the mill." We took these balloons to be used to display photos at a 40th anniversary party, and within 2 hours they were on the floor. When I called for a refund I was told that because they weren't their balloons that they couldn't guarantee how long they would stay afloat. We were never informed of this policy, and if the balloons were "unable to be filled" then we should have received a phone call to let us know before we paid for 42 balloons. Overall huge disappointment, will never go back, and will let our friends and locals of Gibsons to avoid this store at all costs.
