On several occasions when I have gone to purchase either a scratch ticket or lotto the employee has shut down and has counted there cash prior to 6pm . On one occasion it was 5:40 pm all the scratches were put away and the female employee grumbled and said she was closing but then said okay what tickets do you want? I have decided not to purchase from that lotto centre in the middle of Sunnycrest mall anymore. Employees should be cheerful and pleasant and respect that you want to purchase lotto.
