I’m having a serious back issue at present and took bedding no to wash. Asked if I could use cart to bring bag from car into shop and the answer was a big NO. Asked for assistance and started to explain why and was cut off and told that was a valet’s job. I had intended on giving $5.00 for the help. Never will I subject myself to such insulting behaviour.
