Was just in store, bought a few nice hoodies. Was treated to the manager verbally abusing the staff. There was an issue with the computer system, specifically a program called “light speed” I think. The two staff members were visibly shaken by the managers conduct. Would be extremely disappointed if that man worked for/represented my company. Manager was a tall slim man with a beard. Was wearing a toque inside for some reason.
