After purchasing an iPad cover from their store on December 21 that I was assured would fit my daughters iPad I attempted to return it on December 27. I was told that suddenly they don’t offer refunds anymore and only in store credit. Despite seeing the charge on my credit card I was told they had to call the employee I bought it from and asked Me if it was a man. After 10 mins on the phone I was told the product was old and that the salesman couldn’t remember me. I’m out $56...run from this store.
