I am a full time care giver of a head injured husband, I need help to remember appoints and i have asked this clinic to please help me. They refuse. I make appointments but I miss them because I forget them. We live far away from the clinic. The receptionist is cold and indifferent. to my plight. My dentist always reminds me a day before so does everyone else but this clinic. They do not seem to care. Either the receptionist needs to resign or the doctors need to know. I feel let down unwanted and uncared for we have no family doctors.
