I hear Lori is no longer with you,I'm very sadden by this. Lori loved her job and is very good with customers if I were you I would ask her back she is very missed. I am not the only one and Travis said to me Lori's not there we will not buy our wedding band as planned for August you missed out on a great sale!!! As for now I'm rating this a 2 you need to treat people better
