I bought 2 small black plastic planters which I returned the next day because they were the wrong size. The what looked to be a 16year old clerk behind the return counter looked inside and out of the planters and found a little scuff mark on the edge of one. She mentioned the scuff mark and had to check with the manager to ok the refund. I could not believe it when she questioned me about the scuff. I got my $27.98 refund but I am done.
