From my experience the manager does not know how to deal with customers and resolve a simple problem. She deals with customer relations like in China, but this is Canada. Very rude to customers, once you loose a customer, very hard to get them back. We will never go to that shop again. Experience shopping there is like a bad nightmare. The owner should fire that manager, she always has such an angry face! Many of our friends have heard similar things about that manager. That shop sucks!
