First off let me just say that the times I have been here, the staff have been extremely rude and condescending, patronizing me and making me feel inadequate and judged. Second of all a friend of mine went with her mother who inquired about her birthday gift special as Sephora has these and the staff not only got mad at her but laughed at her for something that was not her fault at all. This behavior is honestly so disappointing and atrocious especially for a makeup brand that is supposed to be about making women feel beautiful and empowered? Talk about women ganging up on women and making them feel inadequate. Please address this issue cause this has been persistent.
