I took my OnePlus6 in for a screen replacement. When I got my phone back they had: 1) Replaced the screen with an aftermarket screen, not an authentic OnePlus screen, despite assurance that it would be. 2) Broken the vibrator button on the side. 3) Broken the camera app (I could not open my camera). 4. Tampered with the mainboard so my service was not working (I could not make texts or calls). 5. Removed the coaxial cable. 6. Damaged the battery. 7. Damaged the back cover. Due to all these issues, they did give me a full refund for the screen replacement. However, my phone is now completely useless as I cannot make any texts or calls. I sent my phone in to OnePlus and they quoted me $474 for the repair of all these issues (including another screen replacement due to Saim's replacing it with an aftermarket screen and having to replace the mainboard which Saim's tampered with). I contacted Saim's and asked them to refund me the cost of the mainboard since they are the ones that broke it. They refused and the owner was rude, denying their technicians caused the problems (even though none of these issues existed before the repair) and claiming I had no evidence that their technicians were responsible. I now have a broken phone and need to pay nearly $500 out of pocket for the repair, thanks to the extensive damage caused by Saim's Communication technicians.

Don't trust these guys. We bought a screen protector and they gave us the wrong size so it didn't even cover the screen properly then refused to give a refund.
