I visited the Plenty store in Coquitlam and I have to say that compared to other stores, the customer service is 5 stars. I was greeted by Cheri when I entered the store and between her and her coworker Wilma they went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for and suggested other items as well. I would have to say I left the store very satisfied with the CS, and I don't find that very often any more in the stores.

I visited the Plenty store in Coquitlam Center on Saturday Oct. 7th and was greeted by the store manager. Cheri and her co-worker Wilma were amazing in helping me find what I was looking for and I don't think I have ever left a store feeling so positive about the CS.
