My 12 yr old kid buy a phone case for her mom for Christmas, she specifically asked for a certain phone & was told is correct. When gift was opened, it was wrong. Went to return, said they don't refund and for me talk to sales guy who sold it, came back 2nd time, told me he's not working that day. Came back 3rd time only to tell me he no longer worked there for 3 wks and that the 7 day exchange period had lapsed. They cheat a kid just for a sale

I fixed my iphone xs max from MobileQ. Az(Alex) fixed my phone within 30min and he is a man excellent service with reasonable price and also offered me Tampered glass to protect screen from scratches and such protection from drop.

I have been ripped off by mobileq in Coquitlam centre they replaced the screen on my iPhone in worked for a week then lines started to appear they want me to pay again to change the screen don’t get ripped off stay away please share

Had my iPhone 7 plus screen fixed a few weeks ago. The color is off, the assisted touch doesnt work well, you have to tap things multiple times for it to actually click. I also paid $35 to have my phone unlocked, and it did not work. I have called back 3 times and they keep saying they will get back to me. Overall very displeased and will not be going back.

I had my phone "fixed" there, I have a iPhone 6s+ and I saw this mobile store around the corner happens could repair my cracked screen, so I went there paid $100 to have it replaced, I never imagine I have to go back 3 times for various different reasons like screen touch sensor wont work, screen color and home button etc. While the time I was waiting in the store to get my phone fixed, I see other folks just came in the store because their phone wasn't properly functioning after the "fix", not a big surprise there. The third time I went there because the phone half of the screen went straight dead and even when the screen was working fine the home button just not working at all. Most importantly I dont recall any "physical damage" that caused by me yet the screen is dead, and no matter how I explain to the staff, they eventually tell me here I quota "you either pay another $50 or pls go to another 2 store downstairs." So I ended up with a dead screen and non-functioning home button and can't even open my phone to back it up. Thank you for the $100 rip off. For anyone who reading this review, just don't go there, you will waste both your time and money and the worst experience possible.
