Armin and Ali, both staff of this store put me in to a worst iPhone two years contract that my first bill is $888. and 2nd bill $907. I could have bought the new iPhone 14 for &1593 with no contact. Now for two months, I must pay $1750 plus two years contract. I am extremely unhappy with this store's dishonest staff who set me up with a wrong contract and very high cost. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They are rude too.

I dealt with the most pleasant employee at Bell in Coquitlam centre called Selina. She not only identified my needs but also fulfilled them by helping set up my phone completely. Would definitely recommend my family to come to this location!

The store Manager Skylar at the Bell store made me the happiest person in Coquitlam Center today! He not only identified my need but saved me money!!! Skylar, was patient with this Senior who doesn't understand phones very well and spent the necessary time to get me on my way understanding my coverage (better than before) and a new, very small monthly expense. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! FIVE (5) Star service, thank you Skylar at Bell in Coquitlam.
