While purchasing corporate gifts for my company, the staff promised to wrap them so come back in ten minutes. When I returned, they were sitting on the counter, abandoned and 3 of the Anne Louise staff were standing around chatting. They said, "Oh, come back later." I took the items and went to the mall service counter- For the amount of money I have spent in that store over the years on corporate gifts with consistently bad service, the convenience is not worth it. They have lost our business forever and word of mouth potential business. Wake up Anne Louise owners.
