I was waiting for five minutes to use washroom and no one else was waiting, I had my back turned and when the person came out I went to go into, the a door opened and a shell staff went into bathroom, I said excuse me but I have been waiting and there is no line up, you just came out of a door, he said 'go away' and motioned his arm as to shoo me away, I washorrified !!
