Apparently it takes the only two staff on site, to have a full conversation with a lady and her child ( early teen ) while leaving the rest of us to guess. Once he had rung her through, the other proceeded to empty boxes, without checking with myself, my daughter or the other lady ( who left right behind me ) if we needed anything....really poor service.

Don't waste your money in this store.I bought boots 2 weeks ago ,wore them today while it was raining. My feet were saturated after walking across a parking lot The store told me they were fashion boots and not waterproof. Same story from customer service.Shoes and boots should keep your feet dry for the short time it takes to walk across a parking lot,even if they are not waterproof
