They promote their “diamond replacement warranty” but it’s not what you might believe. First you MUST have your jewelry inspected at least every 6 months and you MUST bring your warranty paperwork to each inspection to have it signed off. Any repairs are at your cost and MUST be sent to their goldsmith (and will be gone for weeks). If you miss any of these details your warranty is VOID! My 2.5 year old ring lost 3 diamonds and I HAD NO WARRANTY

I went into the store and purchased a gorgeous ring in the beginning of December. It needed sizing but they told me they'd try have it back before Christmas. It's January 25 today, and after one phone call to the store and two follow up visits into the store, I still have no ring and they don't contact me with updates or an ETA. Super disappointed....

I have so far had great service from this location in general, but when my fiance and I got engaged it was an incredible experience! Not only did they have my dream ring and a fantastic warranty but they were really good to my fiance and myself. The manager is a fantastic person to deal with!
