The Manager of Ladies Wear requires a course in customer service and respect, she is very rude and treats customers like they are beneath her. The Senior Management of West's really need to take a serious look at her performance, how she relates, interacts and deals with customer inquiries. I worked in retail for many years and would never speak to a client or my mother the way she does, it's outrageous and terribly sad!
