I went in to see Anna for highlights. During the washing out and toning, she admitted that it went white and then she added a dark toner to counter it. I got a dark hair colour with very little variation of colour and no blond highlights along with some grey streaks. I was charged 150.00 for it. I went back to speak to the owner and ask for a refund. She sat me down in front a sunny mirror and told me it was fine. It was not fine.
