Hi, there is an announcement on a loop at north gate village on the moving sidewalk/escalator that takes you from parkade to shops. There’s no pause, just keeps going on over and over -“please hold the handrail, and attend all children” It’s so incredibly annoying and obnoxious, please please remove it. Put a sign up instead if it’s so important to tell people to hold the handrail and attend children.

Three adults from this household will not shop or use your services until there the issues with the movator and elevator are solved. Not bandaid repaired but SOLVED. The movator is inoperative more often than not; one elevator cannot deal with the increased traffic; people with disabilities or medical issues are getting stranded too often. When you get these issues solved, make a big deal about it and you might win customers like us back.
