Many times i have exited the 2nd floor of Wall Mart to go into the mall. The security guard abruptly would not allow. He did not explain the change in exiting policy. Said i had to go where the paying machines are. I said i am not buying anything. It was very stressful. I now know my take away is DO NOT ENTER WALLMART. The guard by the new exit was more understanding & courteous.

I went in today and as I walked by the salad dressing section I noticed salad dressing had separated. After looking closer there were a number of expired salad dressings. The must not rotate stock or check expiry dates.

last week I bought a bra from Walmart in Metropolis. There was no fitting room available because of Covid-19 situation and I asked personnel there if there is a possibility to return the garment, in case the size was not fitting or I am not satisfied with the look. She insisted that I can return it if I do not want it. The size did not fit me and I was not satisfied with the look, so I asked customer service to take it back. The girl in customer service was so aggressive and told me we don not take bach garments! I explained to her that there is no fitting room available and it is the policy of every store to take back their goods while they do not offer a fitting room and also I already asked personnel and she told me I can return. The receptionist refused to listen and when I asked to speak with the manager in charge, just another girl appeared and repeat the same story. They also insulted me that I have put on the bra several times because it looks like so! Honestly, I have checked it just one time and the price tag was still attached to the garment. I will never give a second chance to Walmart, because the personnel are so rude, and do not even know how to treat the customer.

To my surprise, Every time i have bought off Walmart Metro town, I had nothing but great experiences. If something was wrong this walmart location is quick to fix and solve the issue. Excellent service, great management, One of the best Walmart.
