I regularly have my US$ changed VBCE metro town. My experiences there have been pleasant. Not until I encountered a female cashier. From the get go, she was very rude, did not show me currrncy exchange on her computer, did not ask how I wanted my bills. What topped it all was when she came back, she literally shoved the bills, coins and receipt and just turned her back and left her post! This incident happened a couple of weeks. Her name is Gwyn.
