The WORST place ever. Please if you read this message dont buy anything from this store. If you need to buy expensive electronics go to WALLMART. ToysRus have the worst return policy ever. They dont accept boxes that have been opened. Its just a BIG joke. Their employees are incompetent and rude, that kid cashier charged me for a game without checking if they still had it, he called someone and goes “ omg so sorry we dont gave this game anymore”... So i had to go through Cust Service for a refund. I waited 30 minutes like an idiot. Then i tried to return my nintendo switch lite that i bought yesterday to get the big one instead today. They didn't want to take it cause i opened the box ... WORST experience ever, this store should be out of Business. Please! if you need to buy electronics, go to Walmart. I will never buy anything from toys r us and i ll make sure my family and friends never get anything from there as well. I regret so much giving them my money. What on earth was i thinking ?! Anyways, Thank you for allowing to express my disgust for this store and its employees.
